Originally from Tennessee, Kelley moved to Sarasota in 1999 after attending the University of Maryland, where she competed as a member of the gymnastics team and graduated with dual degrees in marketing and logistics and transportation. Her strong academic background, combined with her athletic discipline, has shaped her ability to navigate the complexities of real estate with strategy, precision, and grace.

Outside of her work, Kelley is an avid scuba diver and passionate traveler who loves exploring new places and cultures. She also cherishes time spent with friends and family, especially her husband, Eric, whose support enriches both her personal and professional life.
